George Wayne Webber

George Wayne Webber, 87, of Sachse, Texas died Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Methodist Richardson Medical Center in Richardson, Texas. He was born July 27, 1938 in Rector, Arkansas to Clifford Paul and Zephyr Wynona Binkley Webber. George married the first love of his life, Joann Ford on November 5, 1957. She had him for 57 years. Joann passed away in 2013. After Joann's death George found the second love of his life. He and Patricia Jo Wiggins were married June 22, 2018 in Plano, Texas. Patricia had him for 7 years. George was a tool and dye engineer at Chrysler. George loved fishing and hunting. He often visited Duck Creek in Puxico Missouri in his younger days. He loved music, the St. Louis Blues and the St. Louis Cardinals. He was a collector of knives and coins. He loved World War II history. In his later years George particularly enjoyed playing chess and watching the Cardinal on TV with Patricia. He found the joy of travel and loved his trips to Europe and cruises with Pat and Kim. A favorite part was going to the spa on the cruise ships. He was a loving husband and father and never met a stranger. He was loved by all who knew him. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Jo Webber of Sachse, Texas; a daughter, Kimberly (Moe) Farazian of Plano, Texas; two sons, Kevin (Susan) Webber of Plano, Texas and Farrell (Fran) Webber of Saint Louis, Missouri; Cindy (Jim) Rountree, Shellie (Brett) Cordell, Emily (Tim) Bond, Elizabeth (Michael) Allen, Makinzie (Michael) Leigh-Manuel. Grandchildren, Kelli Chastain, Aria (Jed) Maslow, Brooke (Shane) Goff, Brandt Farazian, Ian Webber, Alexis Webber, Alec (Kiara) Webber, Addyson Webber, Ethan Webber, Olivia Webber, Ash (Keely) Webber, Madeleine Hammack, Olivia Stelken, Nathaniel Stelken, and Benjamin Stelken; and two great-grandchildren, Blake Chastain and Jack Maslow. Visitation will be 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Friday, August 15, 2025 at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm Friday at the funeral home with the Rev.
