Barbara Ann Biri-Maloney, better known as Bobbie age 70, took her last breath on earth and her first in heaven with her loved ones by her side at 3:59pm February 16, 2021 Bobbie is survived by two siblings James Biri and Walter (Donna) Biri. Three children: James (Tammy) William Maloney, Georgia (Dale) Carmalea Rodgers, and Mildred Lynn "Millie" (Rob) Bowman. A Goddaughter DeeDee Bolen. She also leaves her legacy of love in twenty four grandchildren, Tyler and Mason Craiglow, Hali, Codi, Anni, Neakeia, Tobi, Kobi, Bodi, Zoei, Andrea, Junior, and Lelani Rodgers, Dacoda Fornkohl, Bretten Dean, Meredith Lichitenegger Ashlee and Nick Bowman, Jamie, Jody, Jordan Maloney, Kyle, Hugh, and Katie as well 10 Great Grandchildren Kai'Dan, Ami'Yah, Zar'Iah Rodgers, Noah and Payton Maloney, Nash Rodgers, Aftyn, Dean, Kylie, Eli, Josie. She was proceeded in death by both her parents Loyd James Biri and Georgia Mae Biri, Goddaughter-Melody Ann Goode, Grandaughter- Emily Ann Kelso-Rodgers, and Great Grandaughter -Rah'Nia Lashawan Rodgers Bobbie's proudest accomplishment was her family. She loved to celebrate any and all occasions. If she could find a way to get everyone together when the wind blew a different direction she would. She loved to be in the presence of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She traveled often to be with them so that she could accompany them to their church, sporting events and extracurricular activities. She wrote ribbons for the Jackson Swim Team for 8 years, supported scouting troops and events, and attended endless class parties. She was always ready for an adventure. Bobbie had a love for people in general, always having an open door as well as an open heart. She was raised to have a great work ethic. While having a vast work experience from starting out in waitressing, to Tupperware and even earning her own car she was definitely motivated to succeed yet very humble. She worked in a number of gas stations, ran routes for BART and Banks. Became a CNA and worked dietary in the health field. Two other areas she found great joy in was the SEMO District fair of 17 years at the poultry gate and decorating cakes over 40 years which began with her mother. She loved to put a smile on everyone's face. A few other hobbies she had was football, teaching a Sunday School Class, singing in choir as well as a gospel group. She loved to do crafts, garden, and bake also traits learned and passed on from her mother. Last but not least just like her daddy she had a love for animals and normally had one if not two pets at a time. Even in her last days she continued to share the legacy of love with her family and will be truly missed. Visitation will be Friday, February 19, 2021 from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Ford and Sons Funeral Home- Jackson. Funeral service will follow at 5:00 p.m.
